Free Soul Psychology was created with the core values of authenticity, freedom, and connection. The name “Free Soul” comes from the belief that therapy is really about connecting back to one’s deep inner self and intrinsic knowing. It’s about learning how to embody a free soul that’s no longer constrained by past experiences, trauma, or other mental health concerns and societal pressures. What this looks like for each person is unique to their individual experience and, as such, Free Soul Psychology offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space to explore all parts of you and your relationship with yourself.

A Customized Approach

It’s important to me that clients get personalized treatment to fit their individual needs, rather than a standardized one-size-fits all approach.

Therefore, I will work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan and goals that suit your needs so that you can get the customized care you deserve. I also offer a free 15 minute consultation to all new clients to ensure that I am a fit for your concerns and therapeutic preferences.

My primary approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness based interventions, through an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens. As necessary, I also draw from Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), and Existential therapy.

At Free Soul Psychology, we choose to offer the full hour for sessions instead of the industry standard of 50 minutes.
